AlUla is gearing up for a night of music, rhythm and cultural fusion as iconic Egyptian rock band Cairokee takes the stage at Thanaya on 8 June 2025. Known for their politically charged lyrics, genre-defying sound and mass appeal, the Egypt-based group will headline a one-night-only concert in one of Saudi Arabia’s most visually striking locations.
Formed in 2003, Cairokee rose to fame in the wake of the Egyptian revolution of 2011 with anthems like “Sout El Horeya” and “Ya El Midan”. Their blend of rock, indie and Egyptian folk influences has earned them millions of fans across the Arab world. Much more than a band, Cairokee has become a symbol of resistance, hope and youthful rebellion; and their live performances are known for being as energetic as they are emotional.
With more than two decades of hits behind them, their AlUla concert promises a powerful setlist that will span their early revolutionary anthems to their latest releases. Whether you have followed their journey from the start or are just discovering their sound, the concert is set to offer a dose of nostalgia, relevance and pure musical adrenaline.
