Saudi Arabia and Germany have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic dialogue between their foreign ministers, according to a statement by the Saudi Foreign Ministry on Sunday, 6 September. The MoU was signed in Berlin by Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul during a meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between the two countries.
